he National Documentation & Electronic Content Center (EKT), a member of the European Digital Innovation Hub Smart Attica EDIH, is organizing a training program titled "Artificial Intelligence & Public Sector: From Governance to Digital Citizen Services" on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 (10:00 – 11:30 AM) via Zoom.
This training program aims to define the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in public administration and digital citizen services, focusing on three key areas:
The use of AI in governance, through data analysis, process automation, and decision-making support.
The application of AI in digital citizen services, such as "smart" platforms, chatbots, and personalized services.
The ethical, legal, and social challenges arising from the use of AI in the public sector, along with best practices for its responsible and transparent implementation.
Distinguished speakers from the research, academic, and business sectors will discuss how artificial intelligence and emerging technologies can be leveraged by public administration to deliver efficient and transparent digital services to citizens. These innovations aim to enhance quality of life while ensuring the protection of citizens' rights.
This event is part of a series of initiatives designed for Greek SMEs and organizations, aiming to strengthen their innovation potential. It is the fourth and final session in a series of four training programs conducted within the framework of Smart Attica EDIH.
The events will be held via the Zoom platform and are free to attend, but pre-registration is required.
