The 3d4delphi project focuses on new methods for 3D documentation and reconstruction of archaeological monuments, incorporating archaeological uncertainty into 3D models. The aim is to develop procedures for mathematical modelling of uncertainty, offering multiple versions of 3D reconstructions. The pilot application will take place at Delphi, with a presentation in an interactive layout at the Museum. In addition, the new methods will be exploited for augmented reality applications, offering visitors a 'cultural experience' with elements of uncertainty. Overall, the project brings innovation to archaeological research and the public experience.
